This comes as a result of the approval to increase Anfield’s capacity to nearly 61,000 for the upcoming Premier League fixture.

The £80m revamp of the Anfield Road End, following the £120m renovation of the Main Stand in 2016, has contributed significantly to a 34 percent increase in Anfield’s capacity over the past eight years.
